LSC believes in social security of each individual. To ensure proper remunerations to the employees, E.P.F. , E.S.I. , Labour Registration and Goods & Service Tax Registration from the respective departments has been obtained and corresponding dues are being deposited in these concerned depts., on regular basis. An up-to-date record is being maintained in this regard.
The Security Guards provided to various clients are Ex- Servicemen. It is basically to utilize judiciously, the training received by the ex-servicemen during their stint with the armed forces. Beside the retired defence personnel, non-ex- servicemen personnel are also put on guarding duties after imparting proper training (role specific) to these guards. Verification of all the personnel, being employed by us anywhere is ensured through Police.
For the purpose of training (aimed towards organizational goals), LSC has earmarked qualified trainers for imparting training as per the institutional requirements. Both onsite and Offsite training (under adequate arrangement) is undertaken.
